Recipe Chicken Porridge

Recipe Chicken Porridge is a chicken recipe that I will write today. May be useful for you. Here's the recipe:


  500 grams of chicken
1250 ml of water, to boil chicken


250 grams of rice, wash
Water 500 ml
1 teaspoon salt
1000ml broth, leftover chicken stew

Sawi Salted Vegetable:

1 tablespoon cooking oil for sauteing
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
200 grams of salted cabbage, cut into small pieces
Water 100 ml
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
salt to taste
½ teaspoon ground pepper


Cakwe 4 slices, cut into ½ cm
Boiled chicken eggs

How to make:

1. Add the chicken into the pan, and cook over medium heat until chicken is tender, remove from heat. Drain the chicken, take the meat and shredded finely-shredded. Set aside the broth, measuring up to 1000 ml (if less add boiling water) to make a slurry.
2. Porridge: Cook the rice, water and salt in a saucepan until the liquid is absorbed. Add the stock, stir and cook, stirring occasionally until thick and mature.
3. Vegetable mustard sauce: Sauté garlic until fragrant, add the mustard sauce and stir well. Add water, soy sauce, salt and pepper, stir and cook until done, remove from heat.
4. Place the pulp in a glass serving, season vegetable mustard sauce, shredded chicken and complement. Serve.
